Q: I'm worried about the Quality?

All boxes supplied are either gently used moving boxes, have a minor cosmetic error i.e. print on box is out of line etc or they are end of run boxes that are as good as new. All the gently used boxes are thoroughly checked for rips & tears, a weakening of the box or marks and stains on the inside of the box, before been placed into a eco moving box pack.

Q: How easy is it to return?

Very easy. Either call us to arrange a collection or email us at enquiries@eco-boxes.co.uk All we ask is if you require a the boxes collected the next working day, let us know before 1.00pm the day before collection. We can only collect Monday to Friday. Simply flatten down your boxes carefully and pop them back into the original bag that they arrived in and tape the top closed. We do not require the bubble wrap etc returned just the boxes. The driver will then collect the items from you, you do not need to add labels and tags or even be in, you can leave them outside to be collected.

Q: I have other boxes, can I also return them as well?

Unfortunately Not, we can only accept our own boxes that you purchased via the eco boxes website. This is due to the lack of quality supplied by other box sellers online. These must in the bag they were delivered in with no more than 16 boxes. This is to stop the items becoming to heavy to transport. Please Do Not send back old packaging etc as this is best recycled by your local council, we are not a recycling plant but make sure that the moving boxes are re used or turned into industrial packaging material.

Q: Do you collect from my new address?

Yes. That's the point really use the boxes when you move house and then we will collect them. The only exception is the Scottish Highlands all other mainland UK address's are fine.

Q: How much notice do you need?

You can select a day that is convenient for you (Monday to Friday only). This can be up to a month in advance, however if you require a next working day collection service we would be grateful if you could contact us before 1.00pm the previous day to arrange this.

Q: Do I need to be in when you collect?

No, just leave the items in a safe location sealed in the protective packaging. Please let us know where the items will be left so we can let the driver know.

Q: How long can I keep the boxes?

There is no time scale, however long is convenient with you. We realise that moving house at the moment can take some time. However if you have purchased more than one pack, please could you send them back together. We can only collect once.

Q: Can I return just some of the boxes?

Yes you can however we have a minimum of one eco-moving box pack collection and a one time only collection limit. If you bought more than one eco-moving box pack and would like to keep some of the boxes then you are welcome to. We would need the boxes that you are sending back to us put back into the protective bags more or less in the way they arrived.

Q: Do I need to return them?

No not at all. If you have friends or family that feel they could benefit from using the boxes please pass them on.

Q: I wasn't in when the driver called, sorry?

Unfortunately we can only collect once, so please be sure that you are in or you remember to leave the eco-moving box pack(s) in a safe place and visible so the driver can collect them.
